WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

Weather Cancellation Policy guidelines will be for freezing rain, ice, snowstorm, and weather advisory conditions. The cancellation deadline for Sunday morning worship will be 6:30 a.m. If services are canceled, they will be announced on local TV stations 5, 8, and 13, WHO radio, the APC church website, and the APC phone answering machine.  Members will be advised to check one of these venues if the weather is questionable.  The Pastor and Facilities Moderator will make the decision for cancellation.

For weekdays, APC follows Ankeny Schools’ lead for weather notices. If Ankeny schools are canceled/out early due to weather, there will be no church-related activities at APC that day/night. Watch the TV stations for updates along with the church’s website and Facebook page.
